Part 1

1Mix together sourdough starter , milk , cornmeal , and unbleached all purpose flour until it is a thick batter.sourdough starter: 1/2 cup, milk: 1/2 cup, cornmeal: 1/2 cup, unbleached all purpose flour: 1/2 cup

2Cover with towel and let sit on counter for ⏱️ 7 hours .

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Grease 5×9-inch loaf pan .

3Mix together oil , egg , sugar , and salt .oil: 1/4 cup, egg: 1, sugar: 1/8 cup, salt: 1/2 teaspoon

4Pour onto Part 1 and mix.

5Sprinkle on baking soda . Stir carefully and well to incorporate.baking soda: 3/4 teaspoon

6Pour in loaf pan.
